Mercaris is working with Benson Hill to identify interested growers and are seeking growers with the ability to grow 150 acres or more of non-GMO eMerge soybeans for the upcoming growing season.

Draw Area Delivery Point:

• Gibson City, IL

Interested growers must meet the following criteria:

• Located within 150 miles of Gibson City, IL
• A minimum of 250 acres available to be contracted for non-GMO soybeans in 2021
• On-farm storage capacity 

UPDATED Contract highlights:

• Full Production, Act of God, Acreage contract
• Non-GMO – eMerge variety specific (maturity zones 1.2 – 4.8)
• Buyer’s Call (some freight allowances, some harvest/elevator movement)
• +$2.40 over Jan ’22 CBOT, delivered, for 13 varietals.
• +$3.50 over Jan ’22 CBOT for varietals N2358 and E42P713, with a yield-based performance warranty
• On-farm storage premium beginning Jan ’22 at $0.06/bu/mo
